I have received this award three times: Absar, Saira and Komal. For the first two times, I refused flatly (almost) to put it up ( 
for Absar and Saira) but the third time I’m putting it up without awarding it forward ( for Komal).
Apparently I show great attitude/gratitude (I prefer attitude) such that two out of the three times awarded to me, I landed on top of the list.

On a certain French-American committee, 2/3 of the members are men, and 3/8 of the men are Americans. If 3/5 of the committee members are French, what fraction of the members are American women?
