Open ur Eyes wide in a way as u have seen something really bad, shocking or disgusting. Yeah after doing this exercise three times when ur visiting such a page u wont b able to see anything and this will do the trick for u. Why on earth do u visit the astrology section of the web pages??

I believe you know how to block their e-mails, or mark them as spam, or just delete without reading!
I totally know ’sanity goes shopping at times like these’, but if you’re really serious about getting over this, you need to stop reading these mails and keep yourself busy!

But believe me, the only way your attention can be diverted is through you own efforts.Because, even in the happiest of moments your mind can go back to this!
Keep busy, so busy that you don’t have time to breathe, let alone think! And get rid of everything that reminds you of that person, slowly slowly you’ll start to forget! According to what I know, there’s no other way to do this, no easy way! Not much help I guess!

o haan lets share anecdotes…meray saath aaj sahi game hoi…i saw my classfellows wishing merry christmas to another classfellow….i was astounded that i dint knew abt his religion…but being a proponent of inter-religion harmony, i went to him n wished him a very merry christmas….and suddenly all hell broke loose…. everyone was either hooting or laughing…..that guy was NOT a christian, the naughty boys were taking the mickey out of him…probably coz of his dark complexion…….meri tu ho gayi na

MSN astrology can be frighteningly accurate at times..so much so that they spook me out…I have now quit reading astrology because I was getting addicted to it…
Piece of advice from an ex-addict: don’t get addict to it! you’re the only one who is in control of your relationship, you don’t need darn astrology to make things better between you and um, whatever eating you
